How We Extract a CMYK Color Palette from an Image

Here’s how we take your image and turn it into a useful CMYK color palette:

1. Loading Your Image

  • We start by loading your image into our processing tool, ensuring it’s in the RGB format.

2. Extracting Dominant Colors

  • Next, we analyze the image to identify the most dominant colors. This is done by applying color clustering techniques like K-means, which simplifies the palette.

3. Converting RGB to CMYK

  • We then convert these dominant RGB colors into CMYK values using precise mathematical formulas, ensuring accuracy for printing purposes.

4. Compiling Your CMYK Palette

  • Finally, we gather the converted CMYK values into a cohesive palette, ready for your design and printing needs.

This process ensures you get a reliable CMYK palette that perfectly matches your visual sample.
